This Bordeaux-style blend is 60 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 25 percent Merlot, and 15 percent Cabernet Franc. The vineyards were farmed organically, and the winemaking is vegan-friendly. This wine spent 20 months in new oak barrels, resting on it lees with frequent battonage (lees stirring). This is a complex, intense, and round style of red wine. It is ideal for pairing with steak, game, and all manner of stews.
