Brill, Tokaji Aszú törköly 0.35L – 2011

This robust, yet elegant pálinka is made from carefully selected Tokaj aszú berries. On the nose, notes of white raisin are accompanied by a hint of herbs, which are slowly replaced by the rush of sweet, creamy aromas typical of botrytis wines (honey, dried apricot). This complexity follows through on the palate with the unmistakable flavor of black cumin in the finish. It’s a serious, thought-provoking brandy for anyone who enjoys unique spirits.
