Description
This traditional method rosé sparkling wine is 100 percent Kékfrankos, which was grown on the volcanic hillsides of the Tihany peninsula, on the northern side of Lake Balalton. The volcanic soil gives this sparkling wine an exceptional freshness. The early (end of August) harvest of the grapes helped to retain acidity, making this sparkling wine super fresh. The methode traditionnelle gives this wine beautiful, soft, and well-integrated bubbles (dosage is 8 grams).
