This semi-dry wine is made from 100 percent Hárslevelű, which is Tokaj’s number two variety, both in terms of acreage planted and importance. Hárslevelű is known for its aromas of linden flowers and linden honey. This 2015 version is showing great development, and some evolution in the form of honeycomb and baked apple flavors. Enjoy it next to mildly spicy food like Thai, Mexican, or (of course!) Hungarian.
