About the Wine Club

We’ve been exploring Hungarian wine for more than a decade—researching, organizing tours, running tastings, and selling wine at The Tasting Table Budapest—and we are so happy to curate our favorite wines (and our new discoveries) for members of our wine clubs in Europe.

The Taste Hungary Wine Clubs in Europe ship monthly. Each shipment contains a selection of three wines and has a unifying theme (such as a focus on a particular region, soil type, winemaker, varietal, or a contrast between styles/regions/varietals). These are affordable, unique, and high-quality wines, which we can’t wait for you to try.

  • Unique, high-quality wines, mostly from smaller and family-owned producers, which we’ve specially chosen for club members. Each shipment has a unifying theme (such as focus on a particular region, soil type, winemaker, varietal, or a contrast between styles/regions/varietals
  • Great wines at great prices. We stock all of these wines at The Tasting Table Budapest.
  • Our educational packet—tasting notes, and information on the regions, varietals, and winemakers—is included with each shipment.
  • A complimentary tasting at The Tasting Table when you visit Budapest.
  • Opportunity to join an annual week-long group tour to Hungary to visit the winemakers

As a member you’ll get a curated collection of three wines shipped to you every month. Each shipment comes with our educational packet, which includes tasting notes, information about the regions, a recipe, and other information to help you learn about the wines, varietals, and regions.

We hope the wine inspires you to travel to Hungary to taste it (and other wines) from the source! When you do travel to Budapest, we’ll welcome you as our guest at one of our wine tastings!

Our team of sommeliers and wine professionals in Budapest choose the wines. We’ve been active in wine for more than a decade in Hungary. We spend lots of time researching and, organizing tours, running tastings, and selling wine at The Tasting Table Budapest. During this time we’ve met with so many small wine producers who sell affordable, unique, and high-quality wines, and we will continue to do so!

There are no membership fees, and no commitment. When you sign up for a membership we will continue to send you a box of three wines every month until you cancel your membership. Your credit card will be automatically charged monthly. You can cancel at any time before the next charge to discontinue your membership.

Purchasing through our site is done safely and securely using Stripe.

When you subscribe, you will be asked to enter your credit card details, but you will only be charged on the 1st of the month. From then, you will continue to be charged on the 1st of every month (until you choose to cancel your subscription).

Wine Club orders are shipped between the 5th and 15th of every month.
